Eric is the founder of ACS Firm, where he identified a need to develop programs that address the evolving professional landscape across various industries. As the concept of the "future of work" gains prominence, Eric recognized that there is still much progress to be made. In response, he created the Future of Work Events to contribute to this ongoing conversation. ACS Firm was established with a vision to offer a fresh approach to management consulting, focusing on the aviation, transportation, and government sectors.
Eric's diverse experience includes leadership roles in municipal government, general aviation, commercial service airports, and private business. He has successfully managed operations, administration, and teams, driven by a passion for fostering inclusion and helping organizations thrive for long-term success.
